Miranda Imagestore Intuition with Arabic Support

 Miranda recently upgraded their channel branding processor, the Imagestore Intuition, to support the Arabic language. The Imagestore Intuition stores and plays out a full range of still and animated graphics, ranging from animated logos and backgrounds to text crawls and schedules. Video clips can be squeezed or angled to provide room for other graphics or multiple video streams. It will also display dynamic information like the current time as well as weather, sports and news feeds. Graphics control is embedded into each element, automating the entire process at playout.
The enhanced character generator is fully compliant with Unicode fonts, making it capable not only of producing Arabic, but also a number of other languages, including Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi and Chinese. The software automatically adjusts all characters depending on their context (first letter, middle letter or final letter). A number of effects, like outlines, drop shadows, gradient fills, and control over the direction of the text increase the potential uses of the character generator.
