Red Giant Software Film Fix for Mac

 Mac-using documentary filmmakers and post production studios no longer have to suffer old beat-up film. Red Giant Software has released a new version of their film restoration software, Film Fix, a suite of plug-ins for Adobe After Effects that is compatible with both PCs and Macs. Simply transfer your film to video and capture it onto your computer. Without a great deal of work, this tool will not only remove dust and dirt particles, but will also repair tears. There are also plug-ins stabilize footage and remove inter-frame brightness fluctuations (i.e., flicker).
The suggested retail price for Film Fix is $1,995, although Red Giant Software is currently offering a $500 discount on this price.
