The reasonably priced Animazoo Gypsy5 suit opens up suit-based motion capture to a much wider audience.  Jump into this futuristic-looking exo-skeleton, go through the quick software set-up and then start jumping around, dancing, or Kung Fu fighting.  The Gypsy5 will capture every move with its two inertial gyroscopes and 37 rotational sensors.  These movements are stored in BVH files, which can be imported into Maya, Softimage XSi, 3ds Max, Poser, Lightwave, Life Forms, MotionBuilder and other character animation programs.  The suit uses an inertial gyroscope instead of a spine shaft, allowing for much greater freedom of movement.  Group projects are also possible: up to 16 Gypsy5 units can be captured simultaneously.
An Animazoo Gypsy5 suit sells for $25,000.  A torso-only model is available for $10,000.
