LitePanels Infrared LED Light

LitePanels Infrared LED Light

by
Shooting in the dark just got easier with the new infrared LED light from LitePanels. All of the lights in the Litpanels line use LED (Light-Emitting Diode) technology, which allows a very small unit to produce an impressive amount of light without producing any heat. The Emmy award-winning, fully-dimmable LitePanels lights are just 175mm x 55m x 30mm and 360g, giving them great versatility. These lights most often mounted right on the front of the camera.
LitePanels newest creation produces no visible light – it can only be seen by an infrared (IR) capable camera. This technology gives the camera crew the ability to record scenes in very low light or even pitch black. This works perfectly for situations when the crew wants to avoid being noticed by their subjects, such as a night scene in a reality television show or a nature documentary. While the light works great on the front of the camera, it can be placed anywhere nearby the subject. With a little creativity, it can create some very interesting shots.
The LitePanels infrared light kit sells for $1,295.
